Kings Court is a fun doubles tournament. Participants bring their own partner and keep the same partner throughout. It is a ladder format: if you win you go up a court trying to get to the top court (Kings ) and if you lose you go down a court. The bottom court being the Jesters Court. Every ten minutes the whistle is blown. If you are tied you play for the next point.
