This is a series of two on two matches to determine the men’s champions of the Cowichan Lake Open. This registration is for your place to compete this year in Lake Cowichan. Please read our terms and conditions and fill in the requested information for registration. Please note only one ticket needs to be filled per team.

IMPORTANT: Double events require only 1 registration for both athletes. For example, if you are registering one team you only need to purchase one ticket.

ALSO IMPORTANT: The participant registering will be the main point of contact. You are responsible for keeping your team mate informed.
